Maier Memorial Church 175 years Celebration

MAIER MEMORAIL CHURCH KARWAR ROAD, HUBLI

Maier Memorial Church or MM Church widely known in Hubballi town, district dharwad,state Karnataka has completed its 175 years of glorious years of its existence in India.The Celebration ended for 16 days, from 30th October 2014 to 16th November 2014.

Missionaries whose blood transformed to the foundation roots of this church have to be saluted and congratulate for their hardwork, dedication, and unselfish work. Praise God for such a revelation filled work of the missionaries, without which I would have not been a part of such an Historical event Gods creation.

In memory of those missionaries and Hall of Fame, each of the missionaries have contributed to the social, economical life of our fore fathers. They opened schools and churches for people to know who the true God.

The foundation stone was layed on 1940 under the banner of UBMC.

Many Reverends and Pastors have beautified  this church with their lives and amazing contribution of work.Amongst them are Late Rev.J.M.Jogula, Late Rev.Kanvalli, Rev.Sakkari, Rev.Bangalore, Late Rt.Rev.Bishop Dandin, Rev.Kathebennur,Rev.Paul Shinde,Rev.Pujjar,Rev.Reginald Paul. And now Rev.Dr.Soans,Rev.Yeshwanth Kolluchhi and Rev.Kiran.

Today the Church has grown from few surrounding colony regular congregation to around 8,000 registered members.
